100 Hours Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

100 Hours of Restorative Yoga Teacher training based on traditional classical Hatha yoga and contains elements of Iyengar, Therapeutic Yoga. It is a new and effective way of supportive therapy for conditions that every aged person used to experience as well as a sick person or healthy person with limitations.

Unfortunately in many countries old people and people with limitations are considered inappropriate for yoga practice, however, yoga can be 95 % beneficial for them, improve their quality of life, and increase their level of prana energy. After the competition of the yoga alliance 200 or 500 Hours course and participation in this course, we can issue the YACEP certificate of continuing education.

Eligibility Criteria

 

  • 200 H Certificate of Yoga Teacher Training of any accredited by International Yoga Alliance school or equal Document proved your skills
  • This course is also suitable for health care professionals, psychologists, all who works with disabled or people with physical limitations, as well as people under specific treatments or simply for all who wants to support above mentioned people in their health
  • Non yoga teachers without 200 H Yoga TTC will not be certified to teach restorative yoga. You will, however, receive a certificate indicating that you have completed this training course.
  • You interest to learn Vedic science

  • Any candidate found unfit after commencement of the course will not be permitted to continue the training and a refund of fees and other charges will not be admissible

 

Assessment

 

  • give yoga class to your peers under control of teacher
  • a written test in Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy, Therapy, Ayurveda, Teaching methodology, Pranayama and Meditation
  • a correct alignment of some asanas, pranayama, mantra and performance of steadiness in the asana
