Detox Yoga & Ayurveda retreat based on particular methods of body detoxification (removing of toxins and heavy substances)  with the help of Yogic practices (asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra) and ayurvedic herbal therapy, massages,  oils internal and external treatments, as well as changing of nutrition habits and lifestyle.

Detox Yoga & Ayurveda retreat starts with well known yogic kriya with shankaprakshalana, jala neti, sutra neti, kapalabhati. At the same time the healthy nourishment with particular combination of taste according ayurvedic taste tradition and main spices like cardamon, cumin, fennel, anis, cinnamon, chat masala, garam masala, cloves, chili powder,  cayenne paper, curry powder, ginger, nutmeg, paprika, rosemary, sesame seeds, vanilla, thyme, saffron etc. At the same time use of some fruits like strawberry, banana, kiwi, mango, apples, grapes, watermelon, pineapple, makes in form of Juices and Smoothies can also increase the digestive power, improves appetite, eyesight, relies constipation. Adding some herbal medicated drinks, raw food will also normalize metabolism, reduce weight, boost stamina and energy.

We also used to add some yoga practice like hatha asana, ashtanga asana practice, pranayama or breathing practice, meditation and concentration practice create balance and peace of mind, align the body, calms down mind.

Application of Ayurvedic massages, and other treatments increase the skin color, relax inner organs.
